When does billing start?
Billing starts the day you purchase. Your first onboarding call is typically scheduled within 3–5 business days of joining. You're not waiting weeks to get started.
Is the annual plan refundable?
Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days. However — if you complete both onboarding sessions, launch your campaign within 14 days, and don't have a single active conversation within 30 days of launch, your next month is free under our activation guarantee. We stand behind the system.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can upgrade to annual at any time and receive the prorated savings applied to your account.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel with 30 days notice. Your platform access continues through the end of your billing period. Your contacts and campaign data remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation for export.
Can I change from The Prospecting Engine to The Commission Engine?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the difference in cost is prorated from your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What's actually included in the onboarding — is it really done with me?
Two live calls with our dedicated onboarding team. Call 1 handles all technical setup — email connection, phone number, platform configuration. Call 2 is the campaign launch — we import your list, walk through the campaign messaging, and launch it live together on the call. You never set anything up alone.
Do I need to commit to add-ons upfront?
